TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service stated below:I. GENERAL TERMSThese are commissions for hand-drawn digital illustrations.
High resolution PNG files will be emailed to the client upon completion.Please provide clear descriptions and references so that I can best fulfill your wishes.
If little to no information is given or the request is deemed vague, I would be happy to take artistic liberty in the creation process (please note that in this case, all major AND minor revisions will be charged extra, amounts at my discretion).A kind reminder that disrespectful or rude behavior will not be tolerated.
I reserve the right to cancel and/or reject requests at any time.II. PRICINGPRICES VARY UPON INDIVIDUAL REQUESTDuring the initial consultation, I will establish a base price to be paid upfront.
Work will begin after the full base payment has been received.Additional charges may be included in the final price, depending on factors such as:
- Complexity of commission
- Major revisions or excessive minor revisions
- Multiple characters in a singular piece
- NSFW or NSFW-adjacent subjects
- Rush fees or client-requested deadlines
Completed pieces will be sent only after the total payment due has been received.III. PROCESSINITIAL DRAFT
Once the initial draft is provided, please communicate any revisions, edits, or new ideas to be included. After the draft is approved, any major alterations (i.e. pose changes, background requests, addition of more characters) will be upcharged.
REVISIONS
2 minor revisions are permitted after completion.
Further revisions will be inccur fees (per modification).DEADLINES
Please generally allow 1-3 months for the illustration to be finished.
Updates will be given in the case of any delays.If your request is time sensitive or needs to be expedited, a rush fee will be applied.
Rush job pricing varies depending on deadline.IV. PAYMENTAll payments must be made through PAYPAL in USD.
Other payment methods and forms of currency are not accepted.There will be NO refunds once payment has been received.
The client agrees not to file a chargeback after the project is finished.
I have the right to file a complaint if the client violates the terms of service.
I reserve the right to cancel and/or reject requests at any time.
In the event I am unable to complete the commission, all refunds will be administered via the client’s original payment method.V. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICYI, the artist, retain all rights to the produced artworks. I reserve the right to use deliverables for distribution, marketing, and adaptation purposes. The commissioner does NOT have the right to:
-Remove any watermarks/signatures
-Take credit for the creation of artwork
-Edit/alter the drawing without my consent
-Use the commission for NFTs or to train AI/contribute to machine learning
Any usage, reproduction, distribution, performance or display of the produced artwork for profit falls under copyright infringement and is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.Commercial rights may be purchased for 200% the original price.
With commercial rights, the commissioner is granted distribution, marketing, and adaptation rights of deliverables. The commissioner must still credit the artist in any usage. Commercial rights must be discussed and may be adjusted on a case-to-case basis.PRIVACY FEE
Deliverables will not be publicized by artist for 50% fee.Statements are subject to change
